Privacy notice
We process personal information lawfully and for legitimate business purposes — primarily to engage with prospective and existing clients about finance structuring, advisory, and introducer arrangements. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except where required to deliver the service requested (e.g. with underwriters and funders during a deal placement) or where required by law.
Data subjects have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact the Information Officer above.
Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about our service, please send the details to the Information Officer at adam@insightflowgroup.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and resolve the matter within 30 days of receipt, in line with FAIS General Code of Conduct requirements.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud):

Conflict of interest
Insightflow (Pty) Ltd maintains a Conflict of Interest Management Policy in line with section 3A of the FAIS General Code of Conduct. We disclose all introducer relationships, commission arrangements, and material interests at the point of engagement. A copy of the policy is available on request to the Information Officer.
Introducer fee disclosure
Where a deal is referred to us via an introducer or partner, the introducer's role and commission arrangement is disclosed to the client at engagement, in line with FAIS commission disclosure rules. Introducer fees do not increase the cost to the client.
